Ordering Process
We try to make it simple but please email or call if you have any questions. We want to get it right first time everytime!
Ordering is simple
- You select your awards, trophies and medals from our comprehensive online catalogue.
- You submit your quote/order request online or by email. Please send us an email or give us a call if you have any questions or want help.
- We confirm your delivery deadline can be met and confirm stock availability.
- We can, at our discretion, provide credit terms, otherwise payment is due prior to shipping.
Email us with:
- Logo if required
- Names and special wording (preferably by line in a spreadsheet (see below)
- Delivery address - needs to be attended during business hours.
- We lock in your stock
- We produce and email the artwork for your approval (Please approve promptly)
- We produce your order
- We ship your product and email the consignment tracking number to you. (Normally 1 to 3 days depending on location)
- You receive your order safe and sound at your door
Order Changes
- We can of course accommodate changes and additions to orders but they may delay your order and incur additional charges if stock has been ordered and/or engraving completed, however we understand that last minute needs do arise.
- Please contact us urgently by phone or email and we will determine the best course of action.
- Items which have not yet been engraved may be cancelled and 50% of the order value paid.
- Items which have been engraved must be paid for in full.
- Items that have been dispatched must be paid for in full.
Ordering in Person
We keep our prices low by providing an online, phone and email service. Customers find that using our online service is fast, convenient and saves them time. We deliver to your door.
With COVID it is a bit trickier to accommodate in person visits. If you would like to visit please call first to make an appointment.

Order Status
- Your order will be completed generally within 1 to 5 business days from the time all information is provided.
- When your order is dispatched from our Sydney factory we will email you to let you know it's on its way.
- We'll also give you the consignment note tracking code so that you can find out the exact status of your delivery.
- If you need to make changes or additions to your order contact us as soon as possible.
Payment
We prefer the convenience of EFT payment but accept payment by cheque and credit card.
Mastercard, Visa and American Express Credit card facilities are available but a 2 % surcharge will be added to the invoice to cover this cost.
Payment is normally required prior to dispatch of your order
We can provide payment terms for businesses, clubs and associations at our discretion.
If you are not approved for 7 day payment terms and you choose EFT or cheque payment then your order will not leave our premises until the funds have cleared in our account so please ensure prompt payment to avoid delaying shipment.
We keep our prices low so cannot afford to fund extended payment terms.
Repeat Orders
We keep all details of previous orders to assist in repeat set ups.
Small Orders
We are a wholesaler and manufacturer and specialise in volume orders. We can make small orders and will do so to support regular customers but most orders are in excess of $500.
We may apply a small order processing charge. This covers the costs that are normally amortised across a larger order.
Volume Discounts
Recognizeme delivers significant volume discounts to our customers.
Please note that the volume discounts apply to one order. Sorry but you cannot place a volume order for the highest volume discount and draw off multiple setups and shipments.
Delivery
FAQs
Delivery Address
We require a delivery address attended during business hours. A PO box can be used at an extra charge that we incur.
You can provide an AUTHORITY TO LEAVE if you deem that your house is safe to do so and not attended.
Tracking details will provided on shipment along with an indicative ETA. We cannot lock in a day or a time for delivery unfortunately.
Generally we do not deliver to PO boxes.
Delivery Cost
Delivery is generally by express road freight or air freight though our preferred couriers at our special rates. You can pick up or organize your own freight if you prefer. We will quote freight prior to confirming order acceptance if required.
Delivery Time
We normally use Startrack, Aramex and Australia Post freight services and our experience is generally very good with all of them.
The time frames below are indicative but as you will appreciate we can't guarantee them. We have delivered to Adelaide and Melbourne overnight but sometimes things go wrong so we will allow for a generous safety buffer.For an additional Charge we can provide a premium express service to shorten the delivery time. We will add this to the invoice if requested and agreed.
We can control our production process so normally your order will be dispatched in 1 to 5 business from order placement. On the day it's sent you will receive an email from us to tell you it's on its way; this will include your consignment note number with tracking code to check on the status of your delivery.

Freight Insurance
We ship orders all around Australia and pack them to minimise the risk of damage.
It is rare that anything goes wrong but if it does due to freighting we will replace the product at our cost. We cannot take responsibility if you have provided Authority To Leave and the product goes missing.
We could insure but on balance we would just be making the insurance companies a little richer.
On-Time Delivery
Your satisfaction is our primary focus and having your order delivered in time is critical.
We will check your delivery deadline after allowing for extra safety days to cover contingencies we will confirm that we can accept the order.
When your order is dispatched from our factory in Brisbane we will email you to let you know it's on its way; we'll also give you the consignment note tracking code so that you can find out the exact status of your delivery.
We do magic often and deliver to very tight schedules but we cannot and do not take responsibility for any costs and penalties that you may incur due to late delivery.
We have never missed an agreed deadline and would rather turn down an order than take on the impossible and fail. If deadlines are tight though things can go wrong.
Please note that we do not accept any cost liability outside of the value of the product that we supply.
We do not accept any cost that you may otherwise associate with the consquences of product being delivered late. We will always do our best but sometime circumstances are outside of the control of any entity. If the deadline is critical please inform us and we will build in a bigger safety margin or will decline the order if the deadline is too tight rather than disappoint.
Pickup Orders
We normally deliver orders at cost.
We can accommodate pick up by prior arrangement.
Production Time
Our production in time is generally within 1 to 5 business days from order confirmation with all details provided.
If you can give more time it takes the pressure of you and us for proof approvals.
We can produce rush orders. Please discuss your requirements and we will do our best.
Rush Jobs
We will always do our best to accommodate you and apart from premium freight and other services that we incur as a cost penalty there will not normally be extra charges to you. No promises or guarantees but we will work around the clock if necessary.
Please note though that if the deadline is too tight there is a
chance that it will be missed if things go wrong and we will still
require payment.

Artwork & Engraving
FAQs
Artwork & Approval
For Corporate Awards we will email you a proof of the artwork for your approval before we proceed with the engraving process.
We will produce a proof for each award layout using our experience to determine what looks the best, the space available and the amount of engraving you require.
On receipt of the proof you are most welcome identify changes
required to make sure that when we use our high quality engraving materials and state of the art engraving equipment the result will be beautiful awards that meet your expectations.
Please note :
We will endeavour to best meet your requirements.
Our equipment can fit a lot of words and images on any size of award but legibility will suffer if the font gets too small and cluttered. We will provide advice when producing proofs.
Our suggestion is that “less is more” when you wish to convey your message.
Cost of Engraving
Engraving is included in the price of engraved plaques
We will provide a quote for the cost of engraving your selected corporate awards. With volume orders engraving prices are low.
You won't pay any extra for logos on corporate awards provided you supply them in the correct format as outlined below of reasonable quality. We can do some work to improve the logo clarity for engraving. The logos are not in color.
25 mm and 50 mm inserts can be supplied in full color.
Logo Artwork
If you have a logo that you wish to include on award file formats include:
(.eps) Encapsulated Post Script (preferred)
(.ai) Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
(.jpg) JPEG images (high resolution required)
(.bmp) Bitmap (high resolution required)
The better quality image you can provide us, the better it will look engraved. We can use whatever you provide and tidy the image up but quality in equals quality out. You can check the quality by enlarging the image on your computer screen to see the clarity.
We do not charge you an additional cost to set up your logos for engraving as our competitors often do. (A set up charge is applied for orders of total value less than $ 400)

Please send us the details preferably in and excel spreadsheet with the individual lines separated into columns or in a word document

Activity & Sport - Trophies & Medals
Sport Trophies are generally specific to a sport but in some cases with a different insert the trophies can be adapted for other sports.
We will make changes to trophies but not generally for small orders.
Corporate Awards and Trophies
Corporate Awards and Trophies is a term normally given to the more expensive beautiful generic awards that are suitable
for achievement in any field incuding the corporate world.
We have a great range in various materials including Crystal, Glass, Acrylic, Timber and Metal.

FAQs
Replacement Policy
It is rare but if the product is damaged or there is an error that is our fault we will replace the product ASAP at our cost.
If the error or damage occurred at your end we will replace the product ASAP but will need to charge you for the replacements at the original unit cost plus shipping cost
