Q. Delivery Address

We normally deliver to business or residential addresses. 
Please provide an address where someone will be able to personally receive the package during business hours Monday to Friday. We cannot lock in a day or a time for delivery unfortunately. An extra charge may be applied if a re-delivery is required. We can nominate that the couriers leaves the product but the risk for loss is then transferred to the receiver as we cannot guarantee it's safe delivery.

Generally we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Q. Delivery Cost

Delivery is free for most orders and destinations by normal road freight.

We do reserve the right to charge a freight cost to more remote or distant locations where our fright providers charge a premium rate. We will advise at the time of ordering if there is an extra charge before processing the order.

Free freight covers normal services. Express services such as overnight can be accommodated at an extra cost.

The delivery address provided (not a PO box) must have someone available to accept the delivery during business hours Mon - Fri. Unfortunately we cannot lock down times for delivery with our freight couriers. We can nominate that the couriers leaves without signing but the location to drop would need to be secure and the customer then accepts responsibility to pay if the product goes astray.

Q. Delivery Time

We normally use Startrack Express freight services and they are fantastic as we are right next to the Brisbane Startrack depot. The time frames below are indicative but as you will appreciate we can't guarantee them, we have delivered to Adelaide and Melbourne overnight but sometimes things go wrong so it is best to allow for a generous safety buffer.

For an additional Charge we can provide a premium express service to shorten the delivery time. We will add this to the invoice if requested and agreed.

We can control our production process so normally your order will be dispatched in 1 to 5 business from order placement. On the day it's sent you will receive an email from us to tell you it's on its way; this will include your consignment note number with tracking code to check on the status of your delivery.

Q. Freight Insurance

We ship orders all around Australia and pack them to minimize the risk of damage.

It is rare that anything goes wrong but if it does due to freighting we will replace the product at our cost.

We could insure but on balance we would just be making the insurance companies a little richer.

Q. Late Delivery

Your satisfaction is our primary focus which is why we use reliable couriers to deliver your order.

When your order is dispatched from our factory in Brisbane we will email you to let you know it's on its way; we'll also give you the consignment note tracking code so that you can find out the exact status of your delivery.

We do magic often and deliver to very tight schedules but we cannot and do not take responsibility for any costs and penalties that you may incur due to late delivery.

We have never missed an agreed deadline and would rather turn down an order than take on the impossible and fail. If deadlines are tight though things can go wrong.

Please note that we do not accept any cost liability outside of the value of the product that we supply. We do not accept any cost that you may otherwise associate with the disappointment of product being delivered late. We will always do our best but sometime circumstances are outside of the control of any entity. If the deadline is critical please inform us and we will build in a bigger safety margin or will decline the order if the deadline is too tight rather than disappoint. We could not for example a truck running off the road moving our product across the country, it has not happened to date and hopefully it never will.

Q. Overseas Delivery

We mainly ship within Australia but we do ship to New Zealand for national customers and add the freight cost. Duties are not included.

Q. Pickup Orders

We deliver all orders, it saves time and helps us keeps our costs and prices lower.

Q. Production Time

Our production in time is generally within 1 to 5 business days from order confirmation with all details provided.

If you can give more time it takes the pressure of you and us for proof approvals.

Q. Rush Jobs

We will always do our best to accommodate you and apart from premium freight and other services that we incur as a cost penalty there will not normally be extra charges to you. No promises or guarantees but we will work around the clock if necessary,

Please note though that if the deadline is too tight there is a chance that it will be missed if things go wrong and we will still require payment.

Q. Order Changes

We can of course accommodate changes and additions to orders but they may delay your order and incur additional charges if stock has been ordered and/or engraving completed, however we understand that last minute needs do arise.

Please contact us urgently by phone or email and we will determine the best course of action.

Items which have not yet been engraved may be cancelled with a charge of 50% of order value.

Items which have been engraved but have not dispatched will incur a charge of the order less the delivery fee.

Items that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Q. Order Status

Your order will be completed generally within 1 to 5 business days from the time all information is provided.

When your order is dispatched from our Brisbane factory we will email you to let you know it's on its way.

We'll also give you the consignment note tracking code so that you can find out the exact status of your delivery.

If you need to make changes or additions to your order contact us as soon as possible.

Sorry but we keep our prices low by providing an online service dealing by phone and email. Customers find that using our online service is fast, convenient and saves them time; we deliver to your door.

Q. Ordering Process

Our Objective is to make it simple

We try to make it simple but please email or call if you have any questions. We want to get it right first time everytime!

Ordering is simple

  1. You select your awards, trophies and medals from our comprehensive on line catalogue
  2. You submit your order on line. Please send us an email or give us a call if you have any questions or want help and/or have suggestions
  3. We confirm stock availability to you and discuss options if required (occasionally products are not available from our suppliers)

We normally provide credit terms (provided at our discretion)

You email through to us :

  1. Logo if required
  2. Names and special wording (preferably by line in a spreadsheet (see below)
  3. Business Hour delivery address. Allow 5 days for production plus time for the Courier from the time Artwork is provided. Changes need to be approved promptly

We lock in your stock

We produce and email the artwork for your approval (Please approve promptly)

We produce your awards and trophies

We ship your product and email the consignment tracking number to you. (Normally 1 to 3 days depending on location)

You take delivery of your beautiful Awards and Trophies at your door

Q. Payment

We prefer the convenience of EFT payment but accept payment by cheque.

Mastercard, Visa and American Express Credit card facilities are available but a 2 % surcharge will be added to the invoice to cover this cost.

We often provide 7 day payment terms for businesses, clubs and associations but credit is provided at our discretion otherwise payment is required prior to dispatch of your trophies.

If you are not approved for 7 day payment terms and you choose EFT or cheque payment then your order will not leave our premises until the funds have cleared in our account so please ensure prompt payment to avoid delaying shipment.

Payment is required within 7 days from shipment. We keep our prices low so cannot afford to fund extended payment terms.

Q. Repeat orders

We keep details of previous orders to assist in repeat set ups. Sometimes product lines are discontinued or availability delayed but most of the time there is not a problem. We can normally find a suitable alternative.

Q. Small Orders - Administration Charge

We are a manufacturer and specialize in volume production. We can make small orders and will do so to support regular customers but most orders are in excess of $ 500. 

We apply a small order administration charge. This is not a freight charge but applies to the administration costs relating to processing the order that cannot be amortized across a larger order. We aim to provide the lowest cost product for larger orders but to process a few medals doesn't work with our systems sorry.

As you would appreciate there is time and costs associated with all orders so for small orders we need to have a small charge.

Q. Volume Discounts

Recognizeme delivers significant volume discounts to our customers. There is no minimum order value but on the product description page you will find a table with the unit price relating to each order volume. Please note that the volume discounts apply to one order. Sorry but you cannot place a volume order for the highest volume discount and draw off multiple setups and shipments.

Q. Artwork & Approval

For Corporate Awards we will email you a proof of the artwork for your approval before we proceed with the engraving process.

We will produce a proof for each award layout using our experience to determine what looks the best, the space available and the amount of engraving you require.

On receipt of the proof you are most welcome identify changes required to make sure that when we use our high quality engraving materials and state of the art engraving equipment the result will be beautiful awards that meet your expectations.

Please note :  

We will endeavour to best meet your requirements.

Our equipment can fit a lot of words and images on any size of award but legibility will suffer if the font gets too small and cluttered. We will provide advice when producing proofs. Our suggestion is that “less is more” when you wish to convey your message.

Q. Cost of Engraving

Engraving is free

You won't pay any extra for logos on corporate awards provided you supply them in the correct format as outlined below of reasonable quality. We can do some work to improve the logo clarity for engraving.The logos are not in color.

 We prefer vector files .eps or .ai on the back end of the file.We can use JPEG files .jpeg on the back end of the file or pdf files

25 mm and 50 mm inserts can be supplied in full color.

We do charge a set up charge for small orders under $ 400 in total value and may charge if multiple logos are required on awards.

Q. Logo Artwork

If you have a logo that you wish to include on award our preferred file formats are:

(.eps) Encapsulated Post Script (preferred)

(.ai) Adobe Illustrator (preferred)

(.jpg) JPEG images (high resolution required)

 (.bmp) Bitmap (high resolution required)

The better quality image you can provide us, the better it will look engraved. We can use whatever you provide and tidy the image up but quality in equals quality out. You can check the quality by enlarging the image on your computer screen to see the clarity.

We do not charge you an additional cost to set up your logo's for engraving as our competitors often do. (A set up charge is applied for orders of total value less than $ 400)

Please note that logos can be incorporated for corporate products. For very small orders or where the logo needs to be enhanced or where for example more than one logo is required we reserve the right to add a cost for this service or decline the order.

Please send us the details preferably in and excel spreadsheet with the individual lines separated into columns or in a word document

Q. Activity & Sport - Trophies & Medals

Sport Trophies are generally specific to a sport but in some cases with a different insert the trophies can be adapted for other sports.

We will make changes to trophies but not generally for small orders.

Corporate Awards and Trophies is a term normally given to the more expensive beautiful generic awards that are suitable for achievement in any field incuding the corporate world.

We have a great range in various materials including Crystal, Glass, Acrylic, Timber and Metal.

Our range will accommodate all budgets and applications.

Q. Replacement policy

It is rare but if the product is damaged or there is an error that is our fault we will replace the product ASAP at our cost.

If the error or damage occurred at your end we will replace the product ASAP but will need to charge you for the replacements at the original unit cost plus shipping cost
