Refund policy
It is rare but if the product is damaged or there is an error that is our fault we will replace the product ASAP at our cost. If the error or damage occurred at your end we will replace the product ASAP but will need to charge you for the replacements at the original unit cost plus shipping cost.
- Items which have not yet been engraved may be cancelled and 50% of the order value paid.
- Items which have been engraved must be paid for in full.
- Items that have been dispatched must be paid for in full.
