Orders may be placed online or by email. We will confirm additional engraving costs if required. Once we have your order details we will check the details and email a tax invoice to you.
Engraving details for corporate awards or for engraved plaques can be provided in a simple spreadsheet format that we will email to you. If a logo is required please return with your engraving details. The better the resolution of the logo provided the better the end result.
Express delivery is FREE for orders over $ 500 to most destinations around Australia.
We turn orders around very quickly but we will ask for your delivery deadline at order placement to confirm that we can comfortably meet the deadline with plenty of safety margin.
You will receive update emails at key times during production. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a link to track your delivery online.
We prefer to deliver to addresses attended during business hours but will deliver to residential addresses with your "Authority to Leave".
